The Jerez Conference and Exhibition Centre is a semi-circular building at the front with the main façade facing towards the old ring road of the city, which today widens into the new roundabout giving access to the complex.

The total surface area of the building is approximately 12,000 m2, the nucleus of which is formed by the main auditorium of the conference centre with its dominant multi-purpose stage (used for congresses, conventions, cultural and music events, opera, theatre, zarzuela or Spanish light opera, etc) and with a total capacity for 2,000 persons, stalls with 1,200 seats and a amphitheatre with 800 seats.

The areas surrounding this central nucleus include a second independent auditorium for 500 persons, six offices and 14 seminar/conference rooms, with a total surface area of approximately 720 m2. The rooms can be combined by removing the mobile dividing panels and have a capacity for between 50 and 150 people, with cafeteria, utility room, offices and other facilities.

The exhibition area surrounds this conference centre, comprised of six exhibition/banquet rooms and the main entrance hall to the premises (4,000 m2).

State-of-the-art technology and equipment allow for audiovisuals to be transmitted simultaneously in the various rooms and auditoriums, WIFI access and wireless infrared communications.

On the level -1 of the conference hall is a large cafeteria (650m2) which can also be used from the exhibition area, and which offers direct access to the more formal floor of the hotel, with its large lobby, high ceilings and zenithal lighting. It is here where all the activities of the building are organised.

This four-star hotel, with a total surface area of approximately 12,000 m2, is attached to the back of the conference and exhibition centre and totally integrated into the same.

The hotel houses 194 totally fitted guestrooms which can be used as 'day offices'. Furthermore, it boasts a cafeteria, restaurant, swimming pool, wellness centre, large gardens and terraces and tents with a capacity for up to 1000 persons which can be used to hold any type of event.

The basement of the complex (3,300 m2) houses the car park with 103 spaces and all the support facilities of the complex.
